Ordering and Payments
The Cookie Order Form is to connect with you and get your cookie details and event date!
After your date is confirmed available, you will be asked if you'd like to proceed with the order. If you wish to proceed, an invoice will be created and sent to the email provided in your form. At this point, we will have a brief conversation about designs. However, to move forward with design sketches and continuing correspondence regarding further details of your collection, the order MUST be paid in full. Payment is due upon receipt.
Due to the custom nature of these items, I am not able to accept returns. Please email me with any errors in your order, and I will work with you to fix the issue.
At least 2 weeks (preferrably 3 weeks) notice prior to the event date is required for ordering cookies. You may still inquire within those limits, but availability may not be guaranteed.
Pickups & Deliveries
Once your order is placed, we will discuss whether personal porch pickup (no extra charge) or local delivery (additional $10) is the right option for you to get your goodies! We will set up a time and date that works for you!
Designs
Creative freedom is granted to design the cookie sets according to the theme and colors provided. An inspiration photo of colors, decoration, and/or invitation are highly encouraged, but please do not expect EXACT replicas of another design.

HOW MANY COOKIES COME IN A COLLECTION?
With the exception of the Single Cookie option, a collection includes 1 dozen cookies for $55.
WHAT ARE MY ORDERING OPTIONS TO GET COOKIES?
There are a few different options:
Single Custom Packaged Cookie: just as it says! You'll get one custom cookie with your theme/personalization, packaged in a clear box with matching ribbon and personalized tag.
Creative Collection: this is our standard package. It includes 1 dozen cookies divided into 4 shapes/designs that range from simple to detailed to create a wonderful visual variety. Airbrushing, hand painting, and lettering are all included in this selection. **More than 1 dozen can be ordered, but the design number remains at 4.**
Paint Your Own Custom Collection: this is a DIY package. It includes - basic shaped cookies with white icing and your choice of stenciled art (up to 4) to be colored in. Edible paint, directions, and a paint brush is also included.
HOW DO I KEEP MY PURCHASES FRESH?
One of the BEST things about these sugar cookies is they last! If placed in an airtight container, you can freeze them up to 4 MONTHS! Stored properly, sealed airtight, they can last up to 4 weeks at room temperature. All my cookies come in individually heat sealed bags for optimal freshness!
One of our favorite things to do is to stash a few in the freezer and have that special little treat down the road! ❤
DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN FREE ITEMS?
Yes!!! All of my cookies can be made Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free, Gluten + Dairy Free, and Gluten + Egg Free! When you place your cookie order, there will be a drop down menu to select which dietary requirement (if any) you need! I also offer a few different flavors!! ❤

DO YOU SHIP?
Due to ND Cottage Law, I am unable to ship. Pickup (free) and Delivery (for $10) are available.
DO YOU DO PICK UP?
Yes! There are two different options!
Local Spot pickup (Delivery): this option is $10. Once the order is placed, we will coordinate the time, date, and place (generally the Thursday or Friday before your event) for pick up. I will bring your cookies to you at an easy and convenient location!
Porch Pickup: this option is free! Once the order is placed, we will coordinate the time and date (generally the Thursday or Friday before your event) for pick up! On that day, I will ensure your cookies are packed up and ready to go in my Cookie Pickup Box for your convenience!
